This is to notify candidates that applied for admission into the prestigious Abia State University (ABSU) that the university has finally released her 2020/2021 post UTME form for admission into the various faculties and departments in the institution. This notice was also corroborated by a publication made my the institution in her official website (@ abiastateuniversity.edu.ng).

Consequent upon this, students who chose ABSU as their first/second choice of institution and scored up to 160 in the just concluded JAMB UTME examination, are required to quickly purchase and register for admission into ABSU immediately.

The price for ABSU post UTME form is just N2,000 (Two thousand Naira only). Candidates who are interested in purchasing this form are expected to pay through direct bank transaction to ABSU.

Who is eligible for ABSU post UTME examination?

As you may know, not everyone expected to purchase the just released ABSU post UTME form. To purchase the form, you have to be eligible. Below are the persons who are deemed to be eligible by ABSU:

  1. Candidates that made Abia State University (ABSU) their first or second choice of institution.
  2. Candidates that scored up to 160 in the just concluded JAMB UTME examination.

How to apply for ABSU post UTME form online

Kindly follow the steps below to successfully register for the impending ABSU post UTME examination:

Step 1: Log on to the ABSU portal using the link below: portal.abiastateuniversity.edu.ng

Step 2: In the portal, generate an invoice that will be used to pay for the form.

Step 3: Proceed to any branch of our designated Banks listed below and pay N2,000.00 only. Below are the recommended banks:

  • ABSU Microfinance Bank;
  • Polaris (Skye) Bank Plc;
  • Zenith Bank Plc;
  • First Bank Plc;
  • Ecobank Plc,
  • Fidelity Bank Plc;
  • Union Bank Plc;
  • UBA Plc.

Step 4: Get back to the ABSU portal (portal.abiastateuniversity.edu.ng) and click on Applicant.

Step 5: Select ABSU Aptitude Test

Step 6: Complete the Application Form, ensure you upload a clear passport photograph to avoid rejection of candidate and download a copy as an evidence of registration.
