Homelessness can be defined as people who live in a regular residence because of the lack of housing safety and availability. This definition is from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.     These are all high pop countries. I know from experience Canada has this problem in spades. I walk around in Vancouver and can see tents, needles, and thousands of useless bodies populating the streets.

  3. Im in Southern California and I see homeless everywhere. It use to be one here there 3 years ago. Now you see homeless in huge groups of 10 or even mob . Tents in parks
    Carts filled with there belongings. Most these homeless people are old i see. Dont even care. They overdose in streets or sidewalks .
