Saleh Ali al-Sammad: Saleh Ali al-Sammad was a Yemeni politician who became one of the youngest presidents in the world, taking office at the age of 37 as the head of the Houthi political council in 2016. He played a significant role in the Houthi insurgency in Yemen and was known for his hardline stance against the Saudi-led coalition.
Unfortunately, he was killed in a Saudi-led airstrike in 2018, leaving behind a legacy of conflict and turmoil in Yemen. If he were still alive, he would be 43 years old today.
13. Emil Dimitriev: Emil Dimitriev is a Macedonian politician who served as the youngest President of North Macedonia from May 2021 to August 2022, at the age of 42. Before his presidency, he held various high-level government positions, including Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy.
Dimitriev is a member of the center-right VMRO-DPMNE party and his presidency was marked by efforts to advance North Macedonia’s EU membership bid, improve the country’s economy and fight corruption.
