In light of the above information, students who applied for admission in the university of Ibadan (UI) are advised to quickly follow the instructions in this post to check whether their names is in the University’s merit admission list or not.

No! The University of Ibadan (UI) has not yet released her 2024/2025 merit admission list. However, i strongly believe the University will release it before the end of November. Note: Unlike other universities, UI does not release her admission list in PDF format. Thus, to check whether you have been admitted into the university or not, you have to check your admission status through the University’s official student portal. Don’t worry, i will show you how to do that.
How To Check UI Merit Admission List
To check your name in the just released UI merit admission list, kindly follow the steps below:
- Visit the University’s student portal using the link below:
http://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng/. - Login using your username and password then check your UI admission status.
ALTERNATIVE WAY TO CHECK YOUR NAME IN UI 2024/2025 UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN MERIT ADMISSION LIST
- Login into your JAMB profile using the link below: www.jamb.org.ng/efacility.
- Enter your JAMB username and password in the space provided.
- Now, you have to check your status by clicking he “Check Admission Status” tab.
- Kindly enter your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the space provided.
- Click on “Check Admission Status” and you will you will be able to see whether you have been admitted or not.

Well, congratulations to everyone who was admitted into the prestigious University of Ibadan (UI). However, if you didn’t see your name, do not panic at all. UI will subsequently release more lists. So, if your name is not in this list, it might be in the next admission list.
More so, if you were offered admission, do not forget to pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of Thirty-Five Thousand Naira only (N35, 000.00) using the approved payment mode. According, you must accept your admission through JAMB CAPS as soon as possible. If you fail to do this, your admission might be withdrawn. So, make sure you pay your acceptances fee very quickly.
