How much is FUTO Post UTME Form?
The price for FUTO Post UTME form is usually #2,000 (Two thousand Naira only). Candidates who are interested in purchasing this form must pay the above money in the name of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) either through the bank or credit card.

Who is eligible to apply for FUTO Post UTME screening?
To be eligible for the impending FUTO Post UTME Examination, the management of the the university has stated that;
- UTME Candidate must score a minimum of 180 in their UTME.
- Direct Entry candidates must be holders of OND/HND/First Degree and A’ Level in relevant discipline and subjects.
- Those who did not choose FUTO as First Choice University but scored a minimum of 180 can also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB website for a change of Institution.

What you need to apply for FUTO Post UTME form online
- A valid mobile number and e-mail address for communications.
- Your O’level result (s)
- A scanned passport of yourself
- Your #2,000 for the post UTME form and another extra #300 for bank charges.
How to apply for FUTO Post UTME form
Kindly follow the steps below to apply for FUTO Post UTME form and register for the examination:
Step 1: Visit the university’s official website using the link below: futo.edu.ng
Step 2: Click on Prospective students.
Step 3: Click on the link; “2020/2021 POST-UTME/Direct Entry Application”.
Step 4: Enter your JAMB Registration Number to generate Payment Invoice containing the Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR).
Step 5: Proceed to any Bank with the payment invoice OR simply pay with your ATM Card.
Step 6: Return to the Application page and enter your JAMB Registration number again
Step 7: Proceed with the completion of the form.
Step 8: Correctly enter your O’Level results.
Confirm your entries.
Step 9: Submit your application.
Step 10: Print out your acknowledgement slip.
Step 11: Await further communication from the University.

- Candidates are advised to upload their O’level results on JAMB Portal
- Those who fail to register within the period WILL NOT be qualified for the Aptitude Test
- Any candidate who fails to successfully submit his application online would automatically lose his/her chance of being considered for admission.
- Direct entry candidates are to ensure that their academic transcript reaches the Registrar, Federal University of Technology, Owerri on time. Any candidate who fails to submit his/her academic transcript would not be considered for admission
